Hello,

The team is doing great! Everyone seems to be meshing well and really starting to build bonds. We finished our first night with an awesome worship and our first team builder of creating a team flag. Colt offered up his pillow case so we wouldn't have to use John's t-shirt :) On our flag we put a verse the team decided on:

Philippians 4:13

"I can do everything through him who gives me strength"

Tess had a Spanish Bible so we were able to write the verse in Spanish as well on our flag. On the other side of the flag we drew the shape of Puerto Rico and each person drew a stick figure of themselves around Puerto Rico holding hands. It's really cute and everyone did a great job getting involved and coming up with ideas for the flag together.

Sleeping in the cabins went well. I think everyone is adjusting well to the environment. This morning we had a great discussion after quiet time with the Lord. Some things shared after quiet time was that "we need to humble ourselves before the Lord in order to do his will and get the most out of this trip" "we need to spread our love for the Lord to others so that others may see Christ's love".

Please continue to pray for our group and that we continue to grow closer together as a team. Also pray that we begin to open up to one another and that the Lord stretches us and puts us out of our comfort zone so that we may grow.
