Hello Team!
My name is Chris and I am one of your ambassador leaders for this year’s mission to Puerto Rico. I have been doing missions since 2004 and have a true heart to serve! I am excited to be able to lead you in this experience. Some information about me:
I am a mother of four boys. My oldest is 39 and has four kids. My second son is 37 and has two kids. My third is 35 and has one kid. And my youngest is 33 and is also interested in missions and is hoping to serve on the field someday soon. Some previous missions I have been on include Ecuador, Costa Rica, and six times to Peru. The last two years I have been spending my winters with missionary Crystal Reitsma who has been serving Peru for three years. We are currently developing a center for native ministers on the river to have a place to come and rest and refuel. We also hope to improve the city of Nauta’s economic base by building a cannery.
I am excited for this mission and can’t wait to get to know all of you and help you grow in the Lord.
